Why does the Web-IO with serial Com-Server functionality not output any data on the serial interface?
If it is unclear which handshake procedure is supported by the terminal device or connection cable, you should first set the Com-Server to "No Handshake". In this mode the port signals send enable on all outputs, and all data are sent regardless of the level of the control inputs.
